We would like to address the following points:
- Unknown individuals are misusing our name through the website www.europerakbk.com. We want to clarify that we have no connection to this website or the individuals using it for fraudulent purposes.
- Rakuten Europe Bank operates solely in Luxembourg and does not have any branches outside the country.
- Fraudulent individuals are using email addresses such as firstname.lastname@bkrakuteneurope-online.com or firstname.lastname@europerakbk.com. We want to emphasize that these email addresses are not affiliated with Rakuten Europe Bank.
We take these matters seriously and are fully cooperating with the authorities. We urge all affected individuals to report their experiences to the Police.
